国家科学图书馆发布中国科学院机构知识库系统热门下载论文

　　为有效保存和广泛传播科研成果，中国科学院从2009年起开始建设研究所机构知识库，目前已有103家研究所建成机构知识库，截止2013年8月底，存储科技成果46.30万份，其中全文期刊论文达36.60万篇。87家研究所机构知识库已提供科研成果的开放获取。中科院建立了机构知识库集成服务平台（http://www.irgrid.ac.cn/），向全球提供各研究所机构知识库保存科研成果的开放检索与利用。国家科学图书馆发布了《公共资金资助科研成果的权益管理指南》，根据国家相关法律政策和国际经验，对科研成果的长期保存和开放共享，以及合理平衡保护各方利益提出了最佳实践指南。

　　截止2013年8月底，中国科学院机构知识库系统累计访问量3900万篇次，累计下载量超过630万篇次，访问和下载量逐年迅速增加。中国科学院机构知识库体系已经成为世界最大的公共资金资助科研成果共享系统之一，成为社会检索利用中国科学院科研成果的重要渠道，有效促进了科技成果的广泛传播和及时利用，成为公共资金资助科研成果开放共享的有力推动者和重要贡献者。

　　自2009年至2013年8月，已有560篇论文下载量各超过300篇次。为了展现中科院科研成果的影响力，鼓励科研人员及时共享科研成果，国家科学图书馆从今年起发布根据全文下载量统计的中国科学院机构知识库体系热门论文。首批发布的是截止至2012年底累积下载量前20名论文（表1）和2012年下载量前20名论文（表2）。

　　国家科学图书馆将为这些论文的通讯作者颁发相应的下载量证书，并将持续发布年度下载量前20名论文。
